Indyink is OK in my book!

Yesterday my brothers and i met with one of the owners of Indyink to discuss next steps regarding our botched women's t-shirts. Well......they are going to reprint the shirts!

I was very pleased the customer service as he didnt give me any beef over the t-shirts and didnt try and weasel his way out of reprinting the t-shirts. He owned up to the horrendous product they produced and offered the perfect solution!

All of the 12 women's t-shirts are already spoken for, but additional orders are currently in the pipeline.

So Indyink is OK in our book, and...."i actually have a book. And everyone i meet goes in this book. Now, they're going in the book. But unfortunately ill have to file them under......chickens#*t." Ha!

Indyink's poor product quality??

One half (women's t-shirts) of the second order is currently on hiatus. The original art file consists of a heart outlined in black and filled with several shades of reds, pinks, and purplish-greys. There are also black "drips" on the bottom of the image, dripping up towards the heart. Well, the t-shirts were "over-inked" pretty much rendering the original art image indistinguishable; i mean, when you put on the t-shirt, the dark red wet looking print in the middle of the t-shirt makes it appear that you are literally bleeding from the heart. At this point, being upset over it is useless. This is the business.

Today after work we meet with Indyink to discuss our customer satisfaction issue and resolution.
