The Return

As I gaze upon the Denver skyline out my window and eat my salmon and pasta lunch, I am extremely proud to announce Rocha Inc's return to fashion. We have two new t-shirts which we debuted last weekend to great reviews from friends, club goers, family and complete strangers standing at a local bus stop on Saturday afternoon. Our two new tees are "Hope," pictured above and "Her Blood Bath," pictured below. This is our second set of tees we have created, the first set dropped in 2010. That means our blog is officially two years old. One of our first tees is pictured on the bottom. In 2010, my brothers Baltazar Rocha Jr. and Mauricio Rocha, along with myself decided we wanted to create new, fresh and unique apparel that encompasses our love for art and fashion. We then begin dabbling with placing Baltazar's one of a kind art pieces on clothing to be worn and for all to see. Two years ago we began by with one men's tee and one women's tee. Both sets came in two colors. The image on the women's tees was that of undying love, something everyone wants. An ever-beating heart. With a total of 24 shirts, 12 for each gender, we gave 90% of them away. We then decided to create some hoodies. With the hoodies, we used a direct to garment method of printing, instead of the screen printing method we use for our tees. We generously gave away some of our hoodies also. In 2011 my brothers and I mutually decided to take the year off and focus on individual projects. Baltazar was productive in creating numerous new pieces of art, getting his over 40+ pieces professionally photographed, popping the question to his girl and working on our website. ROCHAINC3.COM is officially ours!! Mauricio spent 2011 writing his heart out, landing a feature in a local magazine, celebrating his big 2-1, and also started interning at the Westword. Check out his Wicked Wednesdays Fashion Feature coming soon for the Westword. As for myself, I spent 2011 blogging and dancing my heart out. While dancing at Club Vinyl, I accepted a new position at Tracks. I also appeared in two videos. One music video for my long time friend ASIEL, who I am excited to work with again this year, and another for Estee Zakar, pole fitness instructor. After beginning to take dance class at Denver Dance, I am now performing in monthly shows at EXDO event center, which is choreographed by Denver Dance. Next show is this Friday 3/30/12.

With so much to celebrate, this could not be a better time to do so. My birthday is less than a week away and my bros and I will be giving away three of our newest tees at my Golden Birthday Celebration going down 3/31/12 @ChloeDenver. Our website will be up and running soon, once it is built to our standards. Our vision is to have our clothing in local Denver boutiques as well as offer everyone to be able to order online. With tons of support and great feedback, my brothers and I will take our vision to the next level this year. Currently looking for photographers who are interested in a photo shoot of our collection to date. From last year to now we are refreshed, refocused, refueled and ready for this... Our Return.
